Privacy Policy
Platinum is designed to process your audio locally. Orion Biotech does not need your recordings in order for the app to work.
Platinum applications
This policy covers Platinum for iOS, iPadOS, and macOS.
Data we collect
The first release of Platinum does not collect personal data. The app has no account system, analytics SDK, advertising SDK, crash-reporting service, or tracking technology.
Your audio
Audio files you import, intermediate processing files, session documents, and rendered outputs are processed and stored on your device. They are not uploaded to Orion Biotech. A file leaves the app only when you choose an Apple sharing or export action.
Device permissions
Platinum uses the system file picker to access files you select. It does not request microphone, camera, location, contacts, or photo-library access in version 1.0.
This website
The Orion Biotech website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, fingerprinting, or account tracking. It is delivered through Cloudflare, which may process ordinary network information such as IP address, request time, browser details, and security signals to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare handles that information under its own privacy commitments.
If you choose an email link, your email provider and ours will process the information you send. Do not include confidential recordings or sensitive personal information in an initial support message.
Retention and sharing
Because the Platinum app does not transmit personal data to Orion Biotech, we do not retain or sell app usage data or audio. Website infrastructure records, if created by Cloudflare for delivery and security, are governed by Cloudflare's service settings and retention practices.
Children
Platinum is a general creative tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
Changes
If a future version adds accounts, telemetry, cloud processing, remote model delivery, or another data practice, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure before that version is released.
